Allan Munguia, owner of the Robert Allan Salon, has focused on hair design for over 30 years. He teaches his expert cutting techniques to other professionals from coast to coast, and he has taught these techniques at international shows. Allan also offers styling classes for clients to help educate them on their specific needs and believes that sharing ideas creates greatness in all areas. Allan's work has been published in international magazines such as Passion, Men's Passion, and Coiffure Q.

Heather's 10 years of experience give her the ability to specialize in color correction, creating effects using the latest in highlighting and low lighting techniques. She has extensive training with Redken, Paul Mitchell, ISO and Bumble & Bumble. She specializes in adapting color with the client’s skin tone and face shape to create different textures with hair design.

Megan has inspired her clientele with her creativity for more than 16 years. She trained with the likes of Tony & Guy, Matrix, and Redken. Megan loves the art of coloring and has a talent for formulating a unique color for each individual client whether it’s trendy and funky or a more conservative natural look.

Terri has extensive training in Kadus' latest color techniques and current hairstyles. She was recently trained in New York with our main distributor Bumble & Bumble. Terri has an eye for the art of hair design, she finds herself excelling in short hair design. Terri can help find the perfect look for you.

Michelle has been designing hair for over 9 years. For 2 years she was an educator for Matrix Essentials, teaching color to salons throughout the region and designing hairstyles with top performers as well as the latest trends. She is passionate about her work and loves to individualize her designs for each of her clients.

Meg joined the Robert Allan team in 2001. She finds great joy in staying in touch with the latest & greatest styles and trends through her continual education. Always striving to keep her color work and design expertise individually unique. Meg found herself excelling in her 2001 apprenticeship with owner Allan Munguia to now find herself a master designer at the salon.

At the Robert Allan Salon Tabitha will be providing you with any help you may need. She has the ability to help you find the perfect stylist for you. She will be able to answer any questions you have regarding the salon, products or stylist she is here to make your experience at the salon that much more enjoyable.

Amanda joined the Robert Allan team with 4 years experience in the hair industry. Amanda spent a few years sharing her knowledge of color, while educating students at the Gene Juarez academy. Amanda specializes in creative color techniques and enjoys helping find the perfect cut and design for men and women.

Terry creates the allure of enduring beauty with permanent makeup. Terry will be offering all permanent cosmetic services as well as eyelash extensions, eyelash perming and tinting and makeup applications. Terry knows each person’s wishes and objectives are unique and he is adept at helping you decide a technique that will work best for you.

Bailey has recently joined our stylist team continuing her education under the likes of Bumble & Bumble, Brocatto and mentoring under Allan Munguia. Bailey excels in technical design and updos; she has a unique approach to helping find the perfect look for you.

Jessica has been an aesthetician for six years. She is providing the latest and greatest information and techniques through Dermalogica Skin Care. Specializing in treatments that help pigmentation disorders and premature aging skin. She can also help you with any waxing needs you may have.

Robert Allan Salon is pleased to welcome Sarah Cassidy to their team of talent. Sarah is a licensed massage therapist, esthetician and manicurist and brings twelve years of spa experience with her. She is offering services ranging from massage therapy and body treatments, to wellness manicuring and pedicuring, utilizing Dermalogica products in order to create treatments as unique as you are.

Julie is the newest addition to the team of stylists at the Robert Allan Salon, Julie's training began at the Salon Professional Academy and has continued here at the salon mentoring under Allan Munguia as well as receiving continuing education from our well versed and highly educated color team. Julie has a passion to find the best look and style for you whether its in technical design or a fresh new color; your vision is her goal.

Sharon is our newest addition to our esthetics department she received her training at the Salon Professional Academy, and is highly trained in Dermalogica Skin Care, treatment and relaxation facials as well as body wraps! Sharon is here to help you with all of your specific skin care needs.
